So, who am I and why should you trust me?
Hi! I'm Coach Sheri!

I am the proud founder of Teen Wise, a company dedicated to providing invaluable support to both teenagers and parents as they navigate the challenging journey of adolescence.
Over the years, my expertise and insights have earned me the privilege of being a featured guest on various television shows, radio programs, and podcasts, as well as a contributor of articles to esteemed magazines. My extensive training includes direct training with Rachel Simmons, the renowned author of "Enough As She Is" and "Odd Girl Out." Additionally, I have completed multiple specialized programs, including the Teen Girl Life Coach training program, the International Coaching Academy, Nuerolinguistic Programming, and the Heartwork Journaling Academy. What truly distinguishes me from other parenting coaches is my wealth of experience, spanning over three decades...
My professional journey began in the realm of Neurology and Neuropsychology research, where I was deeply involved in pediatric projects focusing on learning differences, traumatic brain injuries, ADHD, Tourette's syndrome, Neurofibromatosis, and sexual abuse. Later, I assumed the role of GoGirlGo! Seattle Director for the Women's Sports Foundation where I developed and distributed curriculum aimed at fostering confidence and well-being in girls aged 8-13. This catapulted me to open the doors to Teen Wise, which I established over a decade ago, allowing me to continue my unwavering passion for supporting parents and teenagers.
As a mother of three teenage girls, I intimately understand the challenges and trials that girls face during their preteen and teen years. I know the heart-wrenching feeling when your daughter comes home from school, overwhelmed with confusion, anger, sadness, and everything in between.
Navigating the complex landscape of teenage friendships can be both exhausting and an opportunity for your daughter to build resilience and strength. My extensive training, years of coaching experience, and personal journey provide me with a deep well of knowledge to guide both your daughter and you through these tumultuous times.
The middle and high school years are a pivotal period during which your daughter lays the foundation for her future. These formative years are critical, and I am committed to ensuring that your daughter builds a healthy and enduring foundation that will serve her well throughout her lifetime.
Let me help equip you with the tools and understanding you need to be there for your daughter during this time!
Hear from parents and teens who have experienced the Teen Wise difference.
I highly recommend Teen Wise. Not only can she provide amazing parental support- but she can also work with your daughter. Things just get harder these next couple of years...
The talk you gave yesterday was one of the best I've ever heard. Every point was just spot on. You connected so clearly and compassionately with everyone. You are absolutely amazing. Thank you.
Coach Sheri has taught me so much about teen friendship and how to understand what is happening when friendships don't work out, including my part in it.
I enjoyed all the tidbits of information especially with giving her the tools to start to figure out these situations while I'm still there to support her. Also appreciated the emphasis on doing what works for you and your daughter, that it doesn’t have to look one certain way.
Your daughter doesn't have to be lonely anymore.
