Founder, Teen Wise
Coach Sheri is dedicated to supporting girls and families through the challenges of adolescence, including friendship struggles, confidence, and identity development.
With a background in Counseling Psychology and decades of experience, she brings both professional expertise and real-life parenting insight.

She has been featured widely across media and organizations nationwide and previously served as Director of GoGirlGo! Seattle.

She is especially known for helping parents understand what is happening beneath the surface, recognizing the beliefs and emotions shaping their daughter’s behavior, and responding in ways that build confidence, connection, and resilience.

As a mom of three, Coach Sheri brings both heart and experience to helping girls build confidence and a strong foundation for the future.

Coach Mona, M.S., CCC-SLP
Associate Coach, Teen Wise
Mona brings over 25 years of experience supporting children, teens, and families as a Speech-Language Pathologist. With a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, she specializes in communication, social development, and helping young people build confidence, connection, and a strong sense of self.

She is also a certified transformational parent coach, integrating attachment science, nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and child development into her work. Mona’s approach blends research-based tools with deep empathy, allowing her to guide both teens and parents with clarity and compassion.

Her work is grounded in a holistic understanding of how communication, emotions, and relationships shape a young person’s experience. Mona is passionate about helping families feel more connected, understood, and empowered as they navigate the complexities of growing up.

 Coach Marcelle, BAEd
Associate Coach, Teen Wise
Marcelle brings over 20 years of experience as an educator, working with children, families, and communities to support emotional development and social connection. As a certified K–5 teacher and youth educator, she specializes in helping young people build self-awareness, empathy, communication skills, and emotional resilience.

Her work is deeply rooted in social-emotional learning, with a strong focus on helping kids understand and express their feelings, navigate relationships, and develop confidence in who they are. Marcelle has extensive experience in curriculum development and has spent years creating engaging, meaningful ways to teach these essential life skills.

Driven by both her professional background and personal experiences, Marcelle is passionate about ensuring that no child feels unseen or unsupported. She creates a safe, encouraging space where teens feel understood and empowered, and where parents feel more confident in how they support their daughters.
