Is this for girls to do on their own? Or with their parent?
This is a fun course designed for girls to do on their own. However, it would be fun to do together! Let your daughter decide what she prefers. Hint: Even if she wants to do it on her own, you can still go through the modules on your own,
What age group is this for?
These lessons will be good for girls ages 8-18. You know your daughter better than anyone, though. Consider if she is able to doodle and focus long enough to do the sessions.
Can boys do this too?
This was created with girls in mind but most of it will be applicable for boys too.
Are there any live sessions?
There are no live sessions, but your daughter will be able to ask Coach Sheri questions through an easy access online form. Coach Sheri will record a video response.
