Your daughter's step-by-step plan to feel confident, connect, and build real friendships this year.

Does this sound like your daughter?

  • She worries about making new friends in a new school or team.
  • She's shy, anxious, or freezes up in group situations.
  • She's not sure what to say or how to break the ice.
  • She's struggled with friendship drama or feeling left out before.

You just want her to have the confidence and tools to feel included.

👉 You’re not alone. She's not either.

Enter ... The Social Playbook

The Social Playbook is a live, interactive workshop designed to help teen girls step into a new school year with a clear, realistic plan to build connections that last without forced conversations or fake “friendship lectures.”

Your daughter will:
✅ Discover where and how she can meet new people
✅ Practice what to say even if she's shy or worried
✅ Learn how to handle obstacles like drama, nerves, or rejection
✅ Get tools to deal with “the peanut gallery” — kids who judge or gossip
✅ Leave with her own Social Playbook: a visual plan she can keep using all year

No awkward roleplays. No pressure. Just real strategies, creative doodles, and a plan that makes sense to them.

Why it works?

Your daughter doesn’t just listen, she creates!
She will:
✔️ Draw her Connection Arena so she can see where she feels comfortable
✔️ Make visuals to remind herself what to say and do when nerves hit
✔️ Reflect on what kind of friends she wants and how to find them
✔️ Build her Friendship Game Plan for next year

Who is it for?

Perfect for teen girls who:
✅ Are moving up to a new school (elementary → middle, middle → high, high → college)
✅ Feel shy, introverted, or anxious in groups
✅ Have struggled with making or keeping friends
✅ Want to feel more confident talking to new people
✅ Want to build healthy, real connections, not just ‘fit in’

The first three weeks of the school year are the easiest and most critical time to foster friendships.

REGISTER NOW and relax knowing your daughter will get the support she needs.

YOU GOT THIS! SUMMER is a confidence-boosting summer adventure!

With uplifting worksheets and short, encouraging videos as guides, your daughter will make this her most intentional, connected, and confident summer yet!

It’s a fun, supportive way for her to build confidence, feel good about herself, and soak up more joy this summer, one simple step at a time.

Your daughter can start the new school year with a fresh perspective, a healthy mindset, and a plan to make new friends.

DOES SHE REALLY NEED A SOCIAL PLAYBOOK?

YES! Sometimes friendships happen organically without much effort. When that happens, it's fabulous! Other times, friendship can seem out of reach especially if your daughter has struggled with friendships or girl drama. She may currently feel unlikeable, broken, lonely, and hopeless. She may feel like she will never have good friends. With her own Social Playbook, though, she can and will make friends.

Your daughter is not the only one that is struggling socially. The pandemic took its toll on social development. Many girls are two years behind and feel inept in social situations. Let's get your daughter prepared for this new phase of her life so she will enter next school year confidently with the right mindset and the necessary skills to create a social circle.

This workshop is ESSENTIAL for girls who have had a difficult school year with girl drama, toxic friends, or no friends. This is also CRITICAL for girls who are shy.

Some things we cover in the Social Playbook:

  • how to make new connections

  • how to ask to hang out

  • how to find your new tribe

  • how to move past the discomfort and put yourself out there

hello@teen-wise.com

What age group is this for?

We are dividing these workshops by grade level...middle school and high school. This way we can address the specific issues that come up for each age group.

Will this be recorded?

This workshop is a live workshop. We will not be providing a recording. However, there will be a workbook.

My daughter is very shy. Is this workshop right for her?

ABSOLUTELY! This workshop will be even more important for your daughter if she is shy or introverted. We want to make sure your daughter doesn't miss out on the critical friendship period- the first 3 weeks of school.

Why is this held during the summer?

We want your daughter to go into her next school year with an idea of how she is going to make new friends. This means she needs to have a plan before the first day of school.

Is this a webinar or is it interactive?

This will be an interactive workshop. Coach Sheri will be asking questions, answering questions, and having reflection time for participants to write out their plan.

What if my daughter is already in middle school or high school?

These workshops will be good for anyone to uplevel their friendship skills and their friendship plan for the upcoming school  year.

Is there any follow-up support after this workshop?

We have both private and group coaching available. Either of these will be a great option to continue the progress made in this workshop.

What is a social playbook?

A social playbook is a road map for how your daughter is going to create and foster new connections with the potential for new friendships. She will have very concrete ideas of how, when, and where  she can make friends.

My daughter really enjoyed connecting with you; she told me she feels safe to tell you everything and that’s huge for me as she goes through middle school.

learned so much about friendships

teen

I’ve learned so much about teen friendships and how to understand what is happening when friendships don’t work out, including my own part in it.  My coach has helped me so much. more than any other professional ever.

I PROMISE, IT IS LEARNABLE!

But who am I to tell you that?

Hi! I'm Coach Sheri!

I’m the founder and CEO of Teen Wise, a company dedicated to helping teens and parents cope with and navigate the difficult ups and downs of adolescence. The middle and high school years are a time when your daughter establishes patterns and foundations that follow her into adulthood. Friendships are key to her continued development both socially and emotionally.

I've been a featured guest on TV shows, radio shows and podcasts, and contributed articles to magazines. I've trained directly with Rachel Simmons, author of Enough As She Is and Odd Girl Out, and have attended the Teen Girl Life Coach training program and the International Coaching Academy.

What sets me apart from other parenting coaches? I have over 30 years of professional experience. My career began in the field of research in Neurology and Neuropsychology. I was involved in pediatric research projects focusing on learning differences, traumatic brain injury, ADHD, Tourette’s, Neurofibromatosis, and sexual abuse. Eventually, I took on the role as the GoGirlGo! Seattle Director promoting and creating curriculum to promote confidence and well-being in girls ages 8-13. Then, over 13 years ago, the doors to Teen Wise were opened, allowing me to continue my passion of supporting parents and adolescents.

Your daughter is in good hands. Using a combination of my professional expertise and personal experience, this impactful workshop was created. All of this professional training is great, but the best qualification is that I'm the mom of three who have made me such an extraordinary teen and parent coach. They keep a close eye on my content! The bottom line is that your daughter will receive personalized information and support without judgment and with an open heart.

These formative years are so important. Make sure your daughter has a healthy foundation that will last her a lifetime. I'll help her do that!
