A Peek Into The Day's Topics
Our incredibly talented speakers will be covering key topics with the girls, including:
WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT MAKES YOU BETTER
Embrace your unique traits as strengths. Through discussions and activities, you'll discover how your individuality boosts confidence, strengthens friendships, and sets you apart in the best way.
GRIT AND JOY
Success isn’t just about perseverance—it’s about finding joy in the journey. You'll learn how to balance determination with a positive mindset, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. By embracing both grit and joy, you'll stay motivated, resilient, and fulfilled along the way.
ORGANIZING FOR SCHOOL SUCCESS
Stay on top of school without feeling overwhelmed! Get practical tips to manage time, stay organized, and create systems that set you up for success. With the right strategies, you can reduce stress and stay focused on what matters most.
STRESS ISN'T ALL BAD
Stress isn’t the enemy—it’s how you handle it that matters. Learn to recognize the difference between helpful and harmful stress, develop strategies to manage it effectively, and use it to fuel your growth rather than hold you back.
FOSTERING FRIENDSHIPS
Building great friendships starts with connection. Learn how to start conversations, create meaningful connections, and deepen friendships. With practical tips and strategies, you'll feel more confident in forming and maintaining strong, supportive relationships.
TRUST & TRIUMPH: OVERCOMING CHALLENGES TOGETHER
True connections and growth come from taking chances. You'll learn how to build trust, embrace vulnerability, and step outside your comfort zone. By putting yourself out there, you open the door to deeper relationships and new opportunities.
TAMING YOUR GREMLINS
That little voice of doubt doesn’t have to control you! Led by a performance coach, you will learn to recognize and silence your inner gremlins—those nagging self-criticisms that hold you back. You’ll learn strategies to shift negative thoughts, build confidence, and step into your full potential.

Rave Reviews
My favorite thing I learned so far today is how to help deal with conflict and friendships without losing friends.
You shouldn't have to feel the pressure to be perfect. People you think are perfect..they're not.
I learned to be myself and to let my inner person shine.
I learned to let my daughter take the lead with conversations. Eye opener!! Take the class if possible.
This was really awesome. Everyone was funny and nice. I got to make new friends. I was nervous at first but realized that it was actually really fun to get to know new people.
Before I came to this event, I thought that I would never succeed. Coming out, I was confident to be going to school.
